Our mission is simple: to help you feel better in your body, mind, and nervous system - without the pressure, the hustle, or the overwhelm. 


Restore Holistic has two types of strength training classes, and both hold 8 people max per class for a private, personalized, and intimate feel. Restore Lift + Sculpt focuses on dumbbells mainly, and Restore + Power is station based, higher intensity, and uses additional equipment. Both classes include modifications to meet you where you are at so you can take it at your own pace.

An infrared sauna is a type of sauna that uses infrared light to heat your body directly, rather than heating the air around you like a traditional sauna does. You can go solo or bring your friends, our sauna fits 4!

Our red light room is designed for reducing inflammation, skin health, and producing more energy. 

Think improved: skin health, muscle recovery, mental clarity and mood, focus, restful sleep, pain relief, inflammation reduction, immune system, & ENERGY.

This is for the person that is feeling off with their health, but labs keep coming back “normal.” This type of alternative testing dives deeper into the root cause(s).

Think: hormone imbalances, period issues, gut dysfunction and digestion issues, low energy and fatigue, recurring infections, skin issues, hair loss or unwanted hair growth, weight loss resistance, chronic inflammation, nutrient deficiencies or imbalances, mold illness, you name it.
