CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Build strength, feel the burn in the right places, and challenge your body using just dumbbells and a mat. This class blends functional strength training with low to medium impact exercises. Whether you’re newer to fitness or intermediate to advanced and looking to level up your routine and see real results, modifications and progressions are offered throughout to help you work at your own pace and ensure that you're getting the push and guidance that you need. Your instructor guides you through every exercise while supporting with form and weight recommendations. 



This high-energy, power-focused class is designed to help you build strength, increase muscle endurance, and improve overall performance. Using a mix of dumbbells, resistance bands, cables, squat racks, and other functional equipment - you'll move through targeted stations that combine higher intensity exercises with controlled strength training. This class is considered to be more advanced and independent, although your instructor is still available and supporting with form. Each session challenges your full body and encourages you to push your limit at your own pace. All levels are welcome, with modifications and progressions provided throughout by your trainer. If you are brand new to weight lifting, it is encouraged to learn proper form in lift and sculpt first. 



This strength-based mat Pilates class blends classical Pilates principles with targeted strength training to build deep core stability, improve posture, and enhance total body muscle tone. Using bodyweight resistance, light weights, and slow controlled movements, you'll challenge both large muscle groups and the smaller stabilizers that support healthy movement. Expect a mindful, low impact workout that increases strength, balance, and flexibility - all from the mat.



This is a Hatha styled restorative yoga class. You will find balance, strength, and inner calm in our Hatha Yoga class - a grounding practice suitable for all levels. This class focuses on mindful movement, breath awareness, and classic yoga postures to help you build flexibility, improve posture, and reduce stress.Each session includes a combination of gentle stretches, standing poses, and breathwork, ending with a calming relaxation to leave you feeling centered and refreshed. Whether you're new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, this is a welcoming space to slow down, reconnect, and move with intention. This class is suitable for all levels, there are always progressions available for advanced students and there are regressions and modifications available for beginners. 



Find rhythm, energy, and confidence in our Hip Hop Cardio dance class - a feel good, high vibe movement experience suitable for all levels. This class blends hip hop inspired choreography with cardio based movement, musicality, and self expression to help you build endurance, coordination, and confidence while letting go of stress. No prior dance experience needed - with easy to follow dance combinations and grooves set to hip hop and R&B beats, this class invites you to move freely, sweat joyfully, and express yourself in a creative and fun way. 

We recommend that you bring a pair of grippy socks so you don’t slip during our classes, or you can always purchase some at our studio! We provide a mat for you, but you are always welcome to bring your own if preferred.
