To make the most of your class:
Wear comfortable activewear that allows for movement and breathability. Bring your water bottle, if you run out we have a hydration station for you in the back of our studio.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to settle in and get oriented. We lock the doors right on time when class starts and won't be able to allow late entries. We provide clean, high-quality mats for every session, but you can bring your own if preferred. You will take your shoes off, so bring socks and if you do not have any we sell grippy socks at the front.
To prepare for red light therapy:
Come with clean, dry skin. Remove makeup, lotions, or sunscreens prior to your session for best results.
Wear minimal clothing or expose the area you're targeting - our staff can guide you based on your goals.
No special gear is needed. We provide everything you need, and protective eyewear if necessary.
During your session:
Relax! You can lie back, listen to music, meditate, or simply enjoy the downtime.
The session is non-invasive, completely painless, and typically lasts 10–20 minutes depending on your treatment.
Hydrate well before and after your session. Bring a water bottle or use our hydration station.
Eat light. Avoid heavy meals at least an hour before your session.
Wear comfortable, breathable clothing or use the towels we provide. We recommend a sports bra and shorts in the sauna.

Avoid wearing lotions or oils on your skin beforehand, as they can affect your sweat response.
We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes early to check in, get settled, and prepare for class. This ensures a smooth start for everyone and gives you time to get comfortable.

For the safety and experience of all guests, we lock the doors right at the scheduled class start time. Unfortunately, we’re unable to allow late entry once class begins. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to arrive a few minutes early to make the most of your session!
All sales final. All classes purchases are non refundable and non transferable. Classes and class schedule subject to change. If you are unable to attend a class that you signed up for, you can cancel 8 hours before the class begins without penalty. Late cancellations less than 8 hours prior will lose a class credit, and no shows will lose the class credit and will be charged a $15 penalty fee.
Appointments for infrared sauna and red light have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Late cancellations will lose the credit, and no shows will lose the credit and incur a $15 penalty fee.
Yes! We support all levels of fitness at our studio. Our classes have 8 people max in them so that they are intimate, small, and still very personalized. You will receive guidance, form modifications, and instruction from your trainer to make sure that you are completing all exercises optimally and getting the best result.
Please note:
Our Restore + Power class does use additional equipment, but modifications will be made for members that are newer to lifting weights. Come learn with us!
Reservations are made in advance through our mobile app Momence. Download the Momence pp for convenience and seamless booking. cancelling, or rescheduling. We have an 8 hour window to cancel reserved appointments without a penalty fee. You will click "Restore Holistic Fitness & Wellness" as your host, and then you can see our schedule for group fitness classes and our recovery services.
